Born and raised in the midwest, Scott sought sunnier days and less freezing winters by journeying to SoCal and making Los Angeles his new home. Working as a cardiac nurse within both a stepdown and now intensive care unit, Scott learned the value of preventative maintenance for heart health to avoid the sometimes detrimental consequences that neglect towards ones wellness can lead to. In this setting, he developed a passion for fitness and holistic care and wellness which included not only a love for indoor cycling but also for weight training, bootcamp, and hiking to name a few.
