After developing our unique training regimen, we realized that heat was a game-changer—our most effective training tool. Heat training maximizes athletic performance and creates purity of focus. After a short period of acclimation to the heat, our bodies become faster, stronger, and more powerful. In 2010, researchers at the University of Oregon discovered that using heat as a training tool not only increased the athletic performance of elite athletes by almost 10% but also improved their VO2 max, the gold standard for measuring training effectiveness. We asked ourselves, “Why should elite athletes be the only group to benefit from heat training?” The rest is history.

A 45 mins Pilates springboard class for body and breath awareness, increasing strength and flexibility. This is a full body workout that will help you develop endurance, stronger muscles and a tighter, toned and taller body.
Fusion of Core Pilates and Core Barre classes, offering a full-body workout that combines the benefits of strength training & stretching to help create lean muscle and lose weight.
Our bodies need to stretch after riding hard in the Hot Room. This 45 mins class will ensure your body is given the proper attention it needs post ride, with the use of foam rollers, tennis balls and stretch bands.
We are all about sweating for a cause. Your charity. Your choice. We will do the hosting and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to your cause.
