Summer Challenge Instructor Tips - Briana Venskus

1) How do you replenish after class?
Usually a banana, Water and Lemon and a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

2) Favorite beverage to drink post ride:
Water and Lemon and a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

3) Favorite post ride refuel (meal or snack)
I always like to have a beer….hahaha. BUT Usually a good omelet, or a homemade smoothie

4) How long do you wait to eat before riding and after riding? 
Usually the night before I’ll eat about 3 hours before I go to sleep. When I wake up I don’t usually eat anything. Just have Water and Lemon. Post ride I always try to eat within the hour that my workout finished.

5) Stretching tips:
Stretch in the spin room if you can, and stretch at night before you go to sleep. Take a hot shower/bath and then stretch it out before you get horizontal.
