Raised in New York City, Jessica has been athletic and played competitive sports all her life (soccer, softball, swim, etc.) and trained at a young age at the School of American Ballet in NYC. She also loves the outdoors - hiking, biking, surfing - anything that gets the body moving.


She's slightly form-obsessed and believes that growth and strength come from truly understanding the basics of body alignment and use of breath on the bike, so she integrates real form work into each class. She also wants people to push themselves and believes that change is possible through challenging endurance riding. And come back and do it again the next day!
