SWEAT CYCLE.

Welcome to our signature Sweat Cycle® class! During our Sweat Cycle® classes, the room will be set at a higher temperature, sometimes ranging from 80-84 degrees. This produces an environment conducive to sweating, detoxing and fat burning. All levels welcome, but remember to go at your own pace and hydrate before, during and after class. Hydration is key!

Hybrid.

Developed by Abbie Britton, our Hybrid Sweat Cycle class is a full-body workout on the bike using the upper core and resistance tubing. Our signature heat training boosts the lean muscle sculpting and fat burning results by pressing maximum oxygen through the system. Class is broken down into 40 mins of cycling followed by 10 mins of resistance tube training on the bike and 5 mins of cool down and stretch. This is hybrid heat training at its best.

EXPRESS.

Same signature Sweat Cycle® ride, but 45 mins instead of 55 mins. Only $10 per class and open to all riders! Room temperature set to 80-83F
