1) Training comes second only to Reading as my favorite activity
2) I was born in Berkeley
3) I believe failure and success are choices made; they do not happen to us but, rather, because of us.

What makes my class unique:
I do.

What I love to play in class:
Dr. Dre, Stone Temple Pilots, Creedece Clearwater Revival, Adele, Rhianna, David Guetta, Rage Against the Machine, 2Chainz, Tyga, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, and Every Single 1 Hit Wonder from the 80′s.

What I love About Teaching:
That I am forced to constantly evaluate my ability both as an Athlete and a Teacher with the implicit understanding that because I have chosen to do this, I am, therefore, a perpetual student striving to grow each and every time I climb onto the Teacher’s Bike and am honor bound to help my fellow riders do likewise.

My friends call me:
Grumpy.
