3 things you don’t know about me:

1) I played the trumpet for 10 years

2) I have an MBA in Finance from USC

3) I’ve sung Acapella before a crowd of thousands.

What makes my class unique?

I might have you do some “unusual” things in my class that are designed to make you a stronger rider, indoors or outdoors.

What I love to play in class:

I really enjoy new, loud, dark edgy music, whether dance, orchestral or pop.

My favorite artist is (and why):

I enjoy artists who are not just singers, but songwriters and musicians as well. I feel there is more passion in their music.

On my free time you’ll find me…

Spending time with my three teenage kids.

What i love about teaching:

I love being a part of someone else’s “ah-ha” moment, when the workout clicks, and they see, or at least feel, the benefits of having pushed their limits.
